Part time position has flexible hours to work around school and/or other jobs. Professional development up to, and/or including Store Manager In Training, for qualifying Sales Associates available. Position: PART TIME SALES ASSOCIATE Retail: Camping Equipment, Uniforms, Program Literature, Awards, and Gifts. Job Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service in store and on the phone. • Process customer orders; retail and shipping. • Maintain a stocked, organized, and clean store. • Open/close store, as directed by management, using prescribed policies and procedures. • Safeguard BSA monies and merchandise. Qualifications/ Experience: • Retail Experience, required. • Knowledge of Scouting Program, preferred. • Good Communication Skills, a must. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferred.
