Manufacturing Engineer

• Produce manufacturing work instructions and acceptance test actions.
• Designs/develop systems and equipment to increase efficiency and enhance the quality of the product.
• Design/develop tools and fixtures for production.
• Analyze customer returns for root cause and lead corrective action efforts.

Requirements

• B.S. Engineering
• 3+ years of related experience
• Experience working in plastics
• Experience exceeding customer/client expectations
• Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical data.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Demonstrate a high degree of motivation and possess the ability to self-start
