Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our long term care facility in Rockford, IL. This individual will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services, participation in sales and marketing activities, training and development of staff, development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction, and establishment of a climate necessary for continuous improvement. You will also have fiscal responsibility for the facility, to include, budget preparation, monthly budget monitoring and accountability. Qualified candidates must have an Administrator’s license in Illinois with 3-5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, knowledge of federal and state regulations, Medicare and Medicaid knowledge and experience, and strong leadership skills. A degree in healthcare, business, or related field is preferred.
