Job Description:
As a Program Advisor you will be responsible for providing client support to ensure meeting of federal guidelines for the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program. This position requires meeting in person with Day Care Home Providers and Day Care Center Representatives. Position will be assigned sites to be monitored within specified time frames. Support managers, clients and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
•Perform on-site visits throughout assigned territory
•Answer phone calls
•Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
•Maintain contact lists
•Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
•Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
•Develop and maintain a filing system
•Submit and reconcile expense reports

Requirements:
•Have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
•Proven office/supervisory experience
•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
•Attention to detail and problem solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational and planning skills
•Proficiency in MS Office
