We advertise extensively through billboards, television, Internet, etc. in order to purchase homes to renovate and resell them. We are a reputable company and belong to a franchise that’s purchased over 25,000 homes, with over 250 offices nationwide.
The Exit Strategist/ Real Estate Seller will be trained how to profitably sell real estate property utilizing 7 different Exit Strategies. Success will be attained by focusing on buyer's needs, active listening and being a highly self-motivated individual relentlessly focused on results. This is a unique position within the Real Estate Industry that requires a certain type of personality and a team player. We are not searching for active real estate agents, but perhaps a non-active agent searching for something different. A real estate license is not necessary for this job. We will train the right individual in all aspects of the position.
