Applicant must have the ability to weld components per fabrication drawing, knowledge of blueprint reading and welding symbols, ability to fit and assembly of welding sub-components per engineering drawings, perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and quality, knowledge of visual inspection acceptance/rejection criteria, be able to weld a minimum of 50 diameter inches in 8 hours, pass a 6G weld test (tested on 2" schedule 80 steel stick, 60/10 root, 70/18 cap - uphill weld 45 degree angle). Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and be on feet most of the day. Individuals must have a positive attitude and like to work in a team environment. Must be able to work around heat.
Welding certification in one of the following is a requirement: STICK, MIG, TIG.
