Customer Service

Customer service professional required to work with North American OEM customers for a European manufacturer of electrical products.Position is based in a regional office in Rockford,IL. Daily contact with customers on the phone and e-mail and visits to customer locations are possible. Computer experience is required, knowledge of Peachtree and SAP and MRP is beneficial.
