Full time Property Manager needed for Rockford apartment community. Overall purpose of position is to maintain the asset and achieve financial goals of ownership through superior customer service and effective management practices. Responsibilities include: establish and maintain relationships with all residents to maximize retention and occupancy; ensure consistent compliance with property policies; coordinate maintenance and care of building to include recommending improvements; hire, train, supervise, discipline, and ensure compliance with company policies for all on-site personnel; prepare annual budgets and assist with monthly financial reports; and oversee property’s marketing program. Successful candidates will have previous property management experience to include Section 8, above average communication, negotiation and organizational skills, good computer skills and have a proven self-directed work style. Must have an Illinois Broker Real Estate License.
