You will be responsible for the manufacturing processes utilizing process improvement techniques to increase efficiency and flow for Product Line Layouts. Key elements include:

Produce manufacturing work instructions and acceptance test actions.
Designs/develop systems and equipment to increase efficiency and enhance the quality of the product.
Design/develop tools and fixtures for production.
Analyze customer returns for root cause and lead corrective action efforts.

Requirements

B.S. Engineering
3+ years of related experience
Experience working in plastics
Experience exceeding customer/client expectations
Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical data.
Strong analytical and statistical skills
Demonstrate a high degree of motivation and possess the ability to self-start
