Fairview Nursing Plaza is seeking an experienced MDS nurse. We are a 213 bed skilled and intermediate care facility located in Rockford, IL. Our team dedicates its care to the dignity and warmth of each individual. We focus on residents gaining their independence, and work to enhance the medical, social and spiritual needs of each resident.
Candidates should be licensed in the state of IL as a Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience in a health care setting either acute or long term care. Good physical assessment skills are necessary as well as the ability to work with a variety of personalities and professions.
