We are a Real Estate Investment team focused on helping people out of ugly real estate situations by providing them an alternative sales method. We advertise extensively through billboards, television, Internet, etc. in order to purchase homes to renovate and resell them. We are a reputable company and belong to a franchise that�s purchased over 25,000 homes, with over 250 offices nationwide.

Position Overview

The Exit Strategist/ Real Estate Seller will be trained how to profitably sell real estate property utilizing 7 different Exit Strategies. Success will be attained by focusing on buyer's needs, active listening and being a highly self-motivated individual relentlessly focused on results. This is a unique position within the Real Estate Industry that requires a certain type of personality and a team player. We are not searching for active real estate agents, but perhaps a non-active agent searching for something different. A real estate license is not necessary for this job. We will train the right individual in all aspects of the position.

Primary Responsibilities

Work directly with investors and renters of real estate
Listen to buyer's / renter's needs and concerns
Analyze market conditions and comparable sales information to determine value
Evaluate real property to determine fair market value
Negotiate contracts for the purpose of selling properties for the company
Follow-up with all potential buyer's / renter's
Respond to leads generated from the current marketing system
Generate additional leads to increase selling and your compensation

Requirements

Must know how to set goals and deliver upon them
Must have excellent listening and communication skills, be outgoing, personable and willing to negotiate
Must be a committed, responsible and accountable person
Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a mobile PC environment
Experience researching factual and/or public information via the Internet
Knowledge of real estate a plus, but not required
Dress is business casual with company logo�d attire
Personal and reliable transportation
Understanding of, and ability to work within, a highly commissioned pay structure

Training

HomeVestors has a proven process for this role. The Exit Strategist / Real Estate Seller will be trained in all aspects of home selling, including non-traditional sales techniques. If you have a desire to learn about real estate and have a desire to invest in real estate, this is the ideal job for you because you will learn from the industry leader that bought over 7,000 houses in 2006.
