Bookkeeper

Job Description: Accounting/Bookkeeping

-Report to Accountant annually for income tax preparation
-Weekly/Monthly Preparation and distribution of accounting reports including; Profit and Loss, Payroll Reports, Balance Sheet, etc.
-Payroll: Calculate and reconcile commissions, hourly wages, salaries, etc.
-Data entry and payment of vendor invoices
-Account reconciliation: Scrutinize inflows and outflows of accounts and match with respective statement (Bank, credit card, etc).
-File Monthly and Quarterly Tax Forms: Including state sales tax, federal withholdings, state and federal unemployment.
-Perform general accounting functions

Salary: $8-$15 HR
